RSVPs
Each player’s latest answer, from their own login. Notes are only visible here. New sign-ups stay off the public head count until you approve them. Paid is what you’ve recorded toward the trip; each player sees only his own. Deposits players say they’ve sent on the homepage wait under Deposits to confirm.

Ryder Cup Matchups
Assign opponents for each round (Team 1 vs Team 2) to correctly calculate Match Points.
New sign-ups
Players who signed up (or you added here) but aren’t confirmed yet. They stay off the head count and out of The Bookie until approved. Approve here takes effect when you press Save Changes; Approve on the RSVPs tab is instant.
Claimed name or Check login: someone signed in as this name (usually by picking it from the roster), but his login isn’t the email on that roster row. Check the login shown, then press Approve this login or Not him. Both save right away.
Photo album
The shared album the crew adds their trip photos to. After the trip, the homepage’s “That’s a wrap” card shows Add your photos, which opens it, to players on the confirmed roster who are logged in. Everyone else sees “Log in to add your photos” and never the link.
Tee times
Once a round is booked, set its tee time here. It shows right away for everyone on the homepage schedule and, during the trip, on the Today card. Until then the schedule says tee time TBA. Use the note for anything else the guys need, like “4 groups, 10 min apart”.

A notification to every approved player: it shows in their bell (top right of every page), and pops up on the phones of those who have turned notifications on there (once the site is on their home screen). Bets, tee times, approvals and new RSVPs already notify on their own; this is for everything else.
